A prototype for a consumer-facing 401(k) account management site for one of Canada's largest insurance companies.

The solution

A two-week research phase helped us better understand the attitudes of the target audience toward investing. During a concept phase I developed visualizations of tools that would help the user appreciate the benefits of regular investing.

 

 

The 'horizon' concept demonstrates how setting aside a small amount monthly can translate into a significant amount. The tool is designed to help users estimate the cost of retirement and other goals based on personalized data.
